Evil Geniuses signed former Complexity AWPer Paytyn “junior” Johnson to their EG Black academy roster on Monday.
Complexity confirmed the departure of the 22-year-old American on Twitter, wishing him “the very best of luck in his next adventure.”
Before joining Complexity in January 2022, junior spent time with Bad News Bears, FURIA Esports, Triumph and Recon 5, among others.
He replaces Jerric “wiz” Jiang, who was promoted to EG’s main Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster.
