Washington State transfer DJ Rodman commits to USC

USC picked up a commitment from Washington State transfer DJ Rodman, the son of NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman.

LOS ANGELES — USC basketball continues to load up on NBA legacy players.

Three days after landing highly-coveted recruit Bronny James, USC picked up a commitment Tuesday from Washington State transfer DJ Rodman, the son of NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman.

Rodman comes to USC as a graduate transfer from Washington State, where he played the past four years. As a senior this past season, Rodman started 30 games for the Cougars, averaging 9.6 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.

With the additions of James and Rodman, Andy Enfield and his staff continue to add to an already loaded roster. The Trojans bring back three starters from last season’s NCAA Tournament team, including All-Pac-12 guard Boogie Ellis, who will likely be the conference’s preseason player of the year. USC also signed Isaiah Collier, the number one overall recruit in the class of 2023.
