Canelo beats Berlanga in one-sided decision
LAS VEGAS -- Canelo Alvarez (61-2-2, 39 KOs) will face Edgar Berlanga (22-0, 17 KOs) on Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena when Alvarez will put his WBC, WBO and WBA super middleweight world titles on the line. The fight will be 18th time Alvarez has headlined a card in Las Vegas and while some have wondered how much he has left in the tank, Alavrez said he's looking forward to headlining his 19th and 20th cards in Las Vegas in the future.
"I just want to show everyone that I'm still the best," Alvarez said this week during his press conference. "I still love this sport. When I stop loving it, you'll know. I love my routine and I love going to the gym every day."
