LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers continue to shift the rotation around as Los Angeles announced Saturday afternoon that they activated right-handed pitcher Evan Phillips from the injured list and placed right-handed pitcher Blake Treinen on the injured list with right forearm tightness.

Phillips, 30, missed 21 games this season with a shoulder injury. Last season, he went 5-1 with a 3.62 ERA and 63 strikeouts in 54.2 innings. He appeared in six rehab games with Triple-A Oklahoma City this year, allowing four earned runs in 5.2 innings with nine strikeouts.

Treinen, 36, has made eight appearances this season, with a record of 0-2, two saves, and a 3.38 ERA. He has recorded 10 strikeouts in eight innings and holds hitters to a .250 batting average. Manager Dave Roberts told the media that Treinen is going for a scan today, but has said he’s “not too concerned." There is no timetable for Treinen at the moment until the results of the scan are presented. Treinen began feeling the tightness during last night's game when he was warming up to go pitch in the ninth.
