LONG BEACH, Calif. -- The 50th Annual Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach rolled into town over the weekend of April 11-13, transforming the seaside streets of downtown Long Beach into a roaring racetrack that hosted IMSA Weathertech SportsCar racing, NTT INDYCAR, and GT American racing events, just to name a few. Friday was host to practice sessions and preparation for the teams, while the competitions of the weekend kicked into gear Saturday, and The Sporting Tribune's Jack Haslett was there to capture it all.
