Dodgers recall Landon Knack; option Justin Wrobleski to Triple-A taken in Los Angeles (Los Angeles Dodgers)

LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled right-handed pitcher Landon Knack and optioned left-handed pitcher Justin Wrobleski.

Knack, 27, will make his first start of the season against the Nationals. The Tennessee native was on the Tokyo Series roster, pitching in one game, and striking out three in 2.0 innings. He made his Major League debut last season, tossing 69 innings and allowing 28 runs on 58 hits. He posted a 3-5 mark with a 3.65 ERA and 69 strikeouts. He pitched in one game for Triple-A Oklahoma City, striking out five in 4.2 innings. 

Wrobleski, 24, made his first start of the season last night, allowing eight runs in 5.0 innings. He made his Major League debut in 2024, and in nine Major League games, he is 1-3 with a 6.75 ERA and 30 strikeouts. The Southpaw is 11-11 with a 3.20 ERA in 59 minor league games. 

The Dodgers will look to salvage the last game of the six-game road trip and avoid the sweep against the Washington Nationals.
