LOS ANGELES -- Cameron Brink will be competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

USA Basketball has selected Brink to be part of the 2024 USA Basketball 3×3 Women’s National Team roster along with Rhyne Howard from the Atlanta Dream, Hailey Van Lith from TCU, and former Lady Vol Cierra Burdick.

Brink was the #2 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Coming into Wednesday night, she's averaging 8.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.6 blocks, which is good for third in the league.

"I've dreamed of this since I was a very little girl so it means the world," Brink said before Wednesday's game against the Lynx. "It's one of the highest honors to have. I don't take it lightly."

The 3x3 team will be coached by Connecticut Sun president Jennifer Rizzoti while assisted by Tammi Reiss from the University of Rhode Island.

“The Sparks are thrilled for Cameron! For any player to wear their country’s uniform is a dream come true and representative of so much work and determination,” Sparks General Manager Raegan Pebley said. “Her dedication and performance have set a high standard, and I am confident that Cameron and her USA 3×3 teammates will excel. Cameron’s journey has just begun, and we are excited to see what the future holds for such a talented individual.”

The 2024 Olympics will take place in Paris from July 26 to August 11. The 3×3 basketball competition will occur at July 30-August 5 in Place de la Concorde.
