Fantasy Football QB and Defense Rankings Week 7

With Josh Allen on a bye, which quarterbacks can finish as the QB1 this week? Will it be Patrick Mahomes, Justin Herbet, or Lamar Jackson? Can the 49ers’ defense rebound from an embarrassing performance against the Falcons?

1. Lamar Jackson, Ravens vs. Browns

2. Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs vs. 49ers

Patrick Mahomes threw an interception with the game on the line against the Bills, but he gets a beaten-up 49ers defense this weekend and should have a “Mahomes Magician” type of day.

3. Justin Herbert, Chargers vs. Seahawks

4. Joe Burrow, Bengals vs. Falcons

Joe Burrow had over 30 fantasy points for the first time this season last weekend and should be able to torch a Falcons defense that has looked very inconsistent this season.

5. Tom Brady, Buccaneers vs. Panthers

6. Geno Smith, Seahawks vs. Chargers

Geno Smith has been an MVP candidate all season long, but the Chargers’ secondary has looked very good at full strength. Still, Smith will get his and the Seahawks will have a good chance to win this game.

7. Kyler Murray, Cardinals vs. Saints

8. Matt Ryan, Colts vs. Titans

Matt Ryan had over 27 fantasy points last weekend and seems to be in a groove right now. The Titans have been riddled with injuries on defense so Ryan is due for another big day.

9. Derek Carr, Raiders vs. Texans

Derek Carr has been very good this year despite the Raiders being very bad. He gets one of the worst teams in the league as his matchup this weekend and should have another solid fantasy day.

10. Tua Tagovailoa, Dolphins vs. Steelers

11. Dak Prescott, Cowboys vs. Lions

12. Jared Goff, Lions vs. Cowboys

13. Trevor Lawrence, Jaguars vs. Giants

14. Aaron Rodgers, Packers vs. Commanders

15. Bailey Zappe, Patriots vs. Bears

16. Jimmy Garoppolo, 49ers vs. Chiefs

17. Jacoby Brissett, Browns vs. Ravens

18. Daniel Jones, Giants vs. Jaguars

19. Taylor Heinicke, Commanders vs. Packers

20. Justin Fields, Bears vs. Patriots
