Fantasy Football PPR RB Rankings Week 14

Can Josh Jacobs continue to dominate on a short week against the Rams? Will Christian McCaffrey be relied upon more to produce without Jimmy Garoppolo?

1. Josh Jacobs, Raiders vs. Rams

Josh Jacobs is coming off of two superb 140+ rushing yard performances in a row. He has accumulated roughly 70 fantasy points for a 35 point average over his past two games and the Rams are injury ridden making this a positive matchup for Jacobs even on a short week.

2. Austin Ekeler, Chargers vs. Dolphins

Austin Ekeler had one of his very few “down” performances of the year finishing with 13.2 fantasy points in the Chargers loss to the Raiders. However, though the Dolphins have a good defense, they give up a lot of receptions to running backs and Ekeler is the best pass-catching back in the league.

3. Joe Mixon, Bengals vs. Browns

Joe Mixon didn’t play the past two games for the Bengals, but the Browns have given up a lot of fantasy points to RB’s this year. Mixon should have one of his best games all season despite returning from injury.

4. Christian McCaffrey, 49ers vs. Buccaneers

Christian McCaffrey put up 28.6 fantasy points against a good Dolphins defense last weekend. Not having Jimmy Garoppolo the rest of the season only makes McCaffrey’s usage increase and even against a tough opponent in the Bucs, he is poised for a big game.

5. Rhamondre Stevenson, Patriots vs. Cardinals

Rhamondre Stevenson continued his stellar fantasy season racking up 6 receptions yet again vs. the Bills last Thursday night. One of the best pass-catching backs in football, Stevenson has one of his highest upside matchups of the season against the Cardinals, who rank 20th in run defense.

6. Dalvin Cook, Lions vs. Vikings

Dalvin Cook had 16.3 fantasy points last weekend against the Jets, and despite the Lions having the 10th best run defense in the league, Cook is still poised for a big game.

7. Saquon Barkley, Giants vs. Eagles

Saquon Barkley rushed 18 times for 63 yards and a touchdown vs. the Commanders and should build off of that momentum even against a good defense in the Eagles.

8. Derrick Henry, Titans vs. Jaguars

Derrick Henry had one of his worst fantasy performances all season against the Eagles last weekend finishing with 5.8 fantasy points. The Jaguars have been playing good defense against the run in recent weeks, but Henry’s upside remains very high.

9. Nick Chubb, Browns vs. Bengals

Nick Chubb only rushed 17 times for 80 yards (total of 8 fantasy points) and is going up against one of the better defenses in football in the Bengals. Despite a tough matchup, Chubb will get the touches to succeed this weekend.

10. Najee Harris, Steelers vs. Ravens

Najee Harris has rushed for over 85 yards in two of his past 3 games and has momentum going up against the Ravens this weekend. The Ravens have a good run defense, but the Steelers will be able to keep this game close which will result in numerous touches for Harris.

11. Tony Pollard, Cowboys vs. Texans

Tony Pollard splits carries with Ezekiel Elliot, but he still managed to rush for 95 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Colts last weekend. The Texans have the worst run defense in football and pollard has one of the highest upsides of any RB this week if he gets the touches.

12. Travis Etienne Jr., Jaguars vs. Titans

Travis Etienne Jr. hasn’t done anything amazing over his past three games (just over 17 fantasy points combined) but is still one of the more talented RB’s in the NFL and should get into the end zone against the Titans.

13. Ezekiel Elliot, Cowboys vs. Texans

Ezekiel Elliot is coming off of back-to-back 16+ fantasy point performances and has an easy matchup vs. the Texans this weekend.

14. Jeff Wilson Jr, Dolphins vs. Chargers

Like most RB’s that go up against the 49ers, Jeff Wilson Jr. was shut down and finished with just .3 fantasy points last weekend. However, the Chargers run defense is atrocious and Wilson is poised for one of his better performances in recent memory.

15. D’Andre Swift, Lions vs. Vikings

D’Andre Swift still shares the Lions backfield with Jamaal Williams, but there is more upside for Swift to succeed now after a masterful 21.1 fantasy point performance last weekend.
