LOS ANGELES — Last summer, USC—along with crosstown rival UCLA—announced that it would be leaving the Pac-12 for the Big Ten in 2024. In the months that followed, people spent countless hours speculating as to what USC’s schedule would look like following the move.
On Thursday, much of that speculation was put to rest when the Big Ten revealed USC’s conference opponents for its first two football seasons in the league. Let’s take a look at the Trojans’ future matchups for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
USC’s 2024 Big Ten opponents
Here are conference matchups that USC will play in 2024 (dates will be announced at a later date):
-At Maryland
-At Northwestern
-At Penn State
-At Purdue
-At UCLA
-Vs. Iowa
-Vs. Illinois
-Vs. Wisconsin
-Vs. Michigan
For the nonconference portion of its schedule, USC will open its 2024 campaign with a high-profile matchup against LSU in Las Vegas. The following week, the Trojans will return home to the Coliseum to face San Jose State. They will also close the regular season at home against archrival Notre Dame.
USC’s 2025 Big Ten opponents
Here are conference matchups that USC will play in 2025 (dates will be announced at a later date):

-At Ohio State
-At Rutgers
-At Wisconsin
-Vs. Indiana
-Vs. Nebraska
-Vs. Michigan State
-Vs. Penn State
-Vs. UCLA
For nonconference play in 2025, the Trojans will host Ole Miss and Georgia Southern at the Coliseum on August 30 and September 6, respectively. They will also travel to South Bend on October 18 for the annual rivalry matchup with Notre Dame.
