With the offseason officially underway, a lot is going to change in regards to the Dodgers’ 40-man roster.
There are free agents, prospects that need to be added and potential trades. Here’s an updated look at the Dodgers’ 40-man roster and where is stands at the beginning of November.

Jimmy Nelson has a 2023 option for $1.1 million, with performance bonuses. He missed all of 2022 after undergoing Tommy John surgery. Nelson was great for the Dodgers in 2021, as he posted a 1.86 ERA in 28 games. His 13.7 strikeouts per nine innings was a career-high.
Hanser Alberto has an option for $2 million or a $250,000 buyout.
Danny Duffy has an option that is worth $7 million.
