Bronson Reed talks WWE 2K26, joining The Vision, Paul Heyman and more taken in Las Vegas (wwe)

Following the announcement of CM Punk’s return as cover athlete for the standard edition of the WWE 2K26 video game, Bronson Reed sat down with Adrian Hernandez of Unlikely, 98.5 KLUC & The Sporting Tribune to discuss the game, as well as the Vision, Paul Heyman, and what lies ahead for his career.

Since returning from injury last April Bronson Reed has been a prominent presence on WWE RAW on Netflix and  immediately joined Paul Heyman, Seth Rollins, and Bron Breakker in The Vision faction. Marquee matches, Main Event’s, and the rare accolade of being one of three professional wrestlers with victories of Roman Reigns and Kazuchika Okada. The feat he shares with Finn Balor and Samoa Joe and in fact Bronson & Cody Rhodes are the only two men to beat Roman Reigns in a singles match in the last 5 years.

WWE 2K25 is full of new additions that will have gamers excited, including thumbtacks, stackable tables, dumpster, inferno, and three stages of hell matches. Perhaps my favorite inclusion is the “What-If” aspect of this year’s Showcase Mode surrounding CM Punk’s career. Bronson Reed has similar scenarios on his journey including being out of WWE after a 2021 release but he also spoke candidly with Adrian Hernandez on the rumored World Heavyweight Title Match he would’ve had against Seth Rollins in Australia for Crown Jewel had he not been injured saying:

“Of course me vs. Seth Rollins was going to be something big. It was going to be in Australia for the championship, and it would have been something special for sure. But then I think things sort of happened for a reason. And then a whole year later, I returned to Australia and went against Roman Reigns and beat Roman Reigns in my home country. So things worked out in the end.”

For those who play WWE 2K26, they will have access to the largest roster ever in WWE 2K history with over 400+ playable characters which means a plethora of options to give Tsunami’s too including Reed’s Mount Rushmore of people he’d want to Tsunami including WWE Hall of Famer and Boy Meets World Guest Star Vader.

The King of Kings Edition celebrates the in-ring career and ongoing behind-the-scenes legacy of WWE Hall of Famer and current WWE Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque.
